Infants under the age of 4 are free of charge (as long as they are not occupying a seat).

All departures are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions. In most cases a minimum number of 4 passengers apply before a flight can operate. Flights operate every day except Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday. Please check with us for more details.
In all cases, reservations must be made in advance.
Payment must be made in advance to secure your flight booking. Should you fail to show for the trip when space is guaranteed, your credit card will be debited with the total amount of the booked activity.

All flights have a minimum passenger number for departures. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum as we will coordinate to achieve the required minimum. Clients are required to reconfirm their reservation the day prior to flying by calling Garden City Helicopters 0800 359 424
No refund will be given for no-shows or changes you make to your booking less than 24 hours prior to departure.
Where payment is made by credit card and a refund applies, the amount must be refunded back to the credit card.
No cancellation fee applies for FIT cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance or at least 4 days in advance for groups of 5+.
Reservations may be transferred to another date, subject to space availability, with no transfer fee incurred provided notification is received at least 24 hours in advance or at least 4 days in advance for groups of 5+. If you or Garden City Helicopters are unable to re-schedule the flight then a full refund will be provided.
